How many years have you been in the industry?

Express Screen Enclosures And Shutters was opened in 2014. We are currently holding an aluminum specialty / screen enclosures license. Since then we have serviced over a thousand of residential and commercial projects in south Florida. Our team leader Allen has over thirty years of experience and crew members have over ten years of experience.

Are you licensed in this state?

We are currently holding an aluminum specialty / screen enclosures license, limited liability insurance coverage up to $1,000,000.00 per claim and worker’s compensation insurance.

Will you offer a guarantee on your work? If so what’s the guarantee?

Yes, we offer a guarantee on materials and labor. Our Premium aluminum 35 years, basic screen 15 years and labor for repairs 24 months, new structure 5 years. We use aluminum friendly / ceramic coating screws on all our jobs.

What is the payment schedule?

30% deposit and remaining balance after the completion of the work. We accept all major credit / debit cards, checks, money orders and cash.
